The enquiry form
When you write to us through this site, we receive your name, email address, business name, website if you give one, the stage you chose and your message. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers or add you to a mailing list.
Client pages
Client pages are protected by a password. When you sign in, we set a cookie on your device so you stay signed in for 30 days. The cookie holds no personal information. The setup guide inside a client plan can save your progress in your own browser, and that data never leaves your device.
Analytics
We may use privacy respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are read. It does not use cookies to identify you across sites.
Email you send to hello@thetrendlore.com is held in our company mailbox and kept for as long as the conversation is useful to you and to us.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep a record. Write to hello@thetrendlore.com.
